In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll support both indirect auto lending and in‑branch universal banking
, giving you variety, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every day.
- Review, underwrite, and approve indirect auto loans
- Build and manage your own loan portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and finance managers
- Ensure timely turnaround and accurate documentation
- Support dealer visits and maintain market knowledge of new/used vehicles
- Open and service consumer deposit accounts
- Originate and close consumer loans (auto, personal, and more)
- Provide financial guidance and education to members
- Cross‑sell products that genuinely support member needs
- Assist with branch operations and frontline support
You’re someone who brings both expertise and heart to the job. You enjoy helping members, solving problems, and building trust. You’re motivated by goals, energized by relationships, and committed to doing what’s right.
You Bring- 2+ years of banking and lending experience
- At least 1 year of indirect auto lending experience
- Proven success meeting sales and loan production goals
- Strong communication, accuracy, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
