Hillyard, Inc. is looking for an Installation & Sales Support Specialist who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and working directly with customers.

Maybe you've thought about sales but don't have traditional sales experience. Or maybe you're in installation, maintenance, facilities, equipment service, route service, or another hands-on role and you're ready for something with more opportunity to grow.

As our Installation & Sales Support Specialist
, you'll work alongside our Sales team while learning the business from the ground up. You'll install dispensing systems, assist with customer demonstrations and floor care projects, work with commercial cleaning equipment, and see firsthand how Hillyard helps customers solve facility challenges.

Along the way, you'll build the product knowledge, customer relationships, and sales skills that can help prepare you for future opportunities in sales.

• Install soap, chemical, and other dispensing systems at customer locations using basic hand tools
• Coordinate customer installations and keep tools, supplies, and materials organized and ready
• Work directly with customers while providing friendly, professional service
• Assist the Sales team with customer demonstrations, field workshops, and product education
• Transport, set up, and assist with equipment demonstrations at customer locations
• Support hard floor coating and floor refinishing projects
• Learn commercial cleaning equipment and how to identify customer equipment and facility needs
• Support Sales and warehouse operations as needed

We're looking for someone who combines hands-on ability, dependability, customer service, and a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable using basic hand tools and completing installations
• Mechanically inclined and interested in learning how products and equipment work
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a variety of environments
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on commitments
• Able to work independently while also supporting a team
• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record
• Comfortable driving with a trailer
• Interested in learning about products, equipment, customer needs, and the sales process

Previous sales experience is not required.

Experience in installation, maintenance, facilities, construction, equipment service, route service, warehouse operations, or another hands-on customer-facing position could translate well to this opportunity.
