Senior Level Program Integrator

Integrity Technology Consultants (ITC), a Woman Owned Small Business, seeks a Top Secret SCI with polygraph cleared Senior-Level Program Integrator.

• Assist individual program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership with monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio.
• Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule and performance concerns for a program or initiative.
• Perform cross-program analysis to assist in responding to investment Portfolio (JP) actions and producing execution reports.
• Draft acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies.
• Prepare presentations to report analysis findings as well as program/portfolio status.
• Assist Program PM and D/PM with cost, schedule, performance.
• Assist in facilitating communication amongst the PMs, triad members, and other stakeholders internally and externally.
• Managed logistics – tracking logistics activities, inventory of products, user requirements by product, fulfillment, packaging, shipping, transmittal, database updates, delivery confirmation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: ensure all parties are informed of project progress, risks, issues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, gather data, complete analysis.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Office Suite): prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, action items, assist in preparation of reports and presentations.
• Knowledge Management: maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, accessibility.

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required. (FS desired).
• Bachelor’s Degree with a business or technical focus is required.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Familiarity with Plan-It is preferred. In lieu of certification, an additional three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eighteen (18) years may be substituted.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel required to include use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000.
