• Ensure continuous optimization of the warehouse through improvement projects focused on the efficiency of receiving, tracking, and storing materials, as well as returns and repairs.
• Optimize the flow of goods in and out and adjust strategies between the warehouse and front lines to ensure delivery timelines are met for all projects.
• Maintain the office in good working order, create and follow up on work orders, purchase and maintain sufficient stock of office and kitchen supplies, lead site security, and manage visitor procedures.
• Manage a fleet of lettered vehicles, focusing on documentation management (registration and insurance), maintenance, monitoring tools, toll transponders, and parking placard renewal.
• Implement improvement projects focused on inventory and distribution of employee PPE, work tools, and vehicle material stock.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• 2‑3 years prior similar experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Knowledge of material logistics processes, internal inventory systems, and production/order requirements.
• Punctual and timely.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑relation skills.
• Self‑motivated and experienced in problem resolution.
• Ability to hold others accountable.
• Good knowledge of an ERP system.
• Passionate about digital tools, an innovation mindset, and change‑management aptitude.
• Ability to build lasting relationships over time.

• Experience in warehouse logistics (plus).
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles (plus).

• High school diploma or GED required.
• High level of organizational expertise, customer‑centric, self‑starting, adaptable, and team‑player mindset.

Load, unload, move, put‑away, and stage products and materials using a forklift or other power equipment. Operate machinery – walk‑behind forklift. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
