Project Coordinator – Fello CommunitiesThe Project Coordinator will manage construction and renovation projects in alignment with Fello Communities’ mission and the goals set by the Director of Construction Management. The role involves organizing projects, maintaining timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and effectively managing project documentation and communication. The Project Coordinator will work closely with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.
Responsibilities- Organize construction and renovation projects in alignment with the organization’s mission.
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Coordinated project documentation and communication.
- High school diploma or GED required; at least three years of experience managing residential or commercial construction or renovation projects at a lead or project coordinator level.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or experience as a superintendent or general contractor is preferred.
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License with no egregious violations.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and project management systems.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance budgets, coordinate contractors, maintain timelines, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
