The Graphic Communications Manager supports Fello's mission by shaping how people experience the brand through thoughtful, accessible, and compelling design. This role manages and produces two- and three-dimensional materials that bring Fello's work and values to life across print, digital, and campaign platforms. Working closely with teams across the organization, the Graphic Communications Manager develops cohesive visual assets that celebrate inclusion, choice, and opportunity.

Through strong design direction and hands‑on production, this role ensures Fello's brand is expressed clearly, consistently, and creatively in everything we share.

The ideal candidate brings three years of experience in graphic design and creating visual content, with proficiency in creating layouts, branding materials, publications, and marketing collateral. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is required, along with experience with print production processes and file preparation. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices is essential. Candidates demonstrate the ability to manage multiple creative projects, work well under pressure, and multi‑task on concurrent projects with strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication abilities to distill messages into believable, actionable content, along with strong teamwork and collaboration skills, are critical for success in this role.

This position requires a high school diploma and three years of experience in graphic design and creating visual content. A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field is preferred.
