Principal/ Senior Principal Digital ASIC Circuit Design Engineer

Clearance required:

SCI.

Travel: 10% of the time.

• Circuit behavioral coding in Verilog, System Verilog or VHDL RTL.
• Circuit synthesis, formals, and static timing using state‑of‑the‑art ASIC design tools.
• Develop verification plans and create functional test benches in RTL.
• Generate manufacturing test vectors and manufacturing circuit test plan.
• Help develop automated procedures to streamline digital design procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of relevant experience (3 years STEM MS; 1 year STEM PhD).
• Experience with full product life cycle of ASIC design.
• Front‑end ASIC design flow knowledge from RTL to gates.
• Proficiency with ASIC design tools:
  Mentor Model Sim, Cadence or Synopsys VCS, Design Compiler or RTL Compiler, Primetime or Tempus.
• US citizen with ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance once on board.

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD).
• Current or eligible for security clearance.
• Chip level integration and ASIC design lead experience.
• Design automation and CAD tool configuration skills.
• Virtuoso layout and LVS/DRC verification experience.

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience (6 years STEM MS; 4 years PHD).
• Full ASIC life cycle experience.
• Front‑end flow and tool proficiency.
• US citizen with clearance.

• MS or PhD.
• Security clearance.
• Chip level integration and ASIC lead experience.
• CAD tool configuration and data management.

Principal level: $119,600 – $179,500.

Senior Principal level: $149,300 – $186,600.
