Program Integrator, Lev 3 (APPI3)

Location: Linthicum Heights, Maryland
Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Polygraph

AEITS, Inc. is looking to grow its team! We seek a Program Integrator III (PI3) to support our customer in the Linthicum Heights, MD area. The PI3 will assist the Government PM to manage the agency's ISR program. They will track the funding and burn rate of the program and the execution of requirements. The PI3 will develop briefings such as the Quarterly Program Review, Acquisition Review Board, and other Program Management Reviews.

They will be responsible for helping the Government PM to answer "taskers". The PI3 will also provide Acquisition and Program Management guidance to the program.

Mission

As a Program Integrator Level 3 on this government program, you will be providing back‑office support for this important government agency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist program manager in developing program documentation (TTOs, Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, program schedules, Technical CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies); create program schedules, track program status, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, perform risk assessment.
  • Support monthly Program Management Review (PMR) briefings and presentations.
  • Provide support to GPMs to assure execution within the cost, schedule, and performance baselines; utilize program management tools (e.g., Plan‑It, MS Excel) to assist GPM with planning, documenting, executing, and reporting of all program details (e.g., spend plans) for both current year (FY) and out‑years (FYDP).
  • Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs in conducting cost estimating and monitoring of program/initiative outcomes.
  • Advise in the production and tailoring of NSA financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation, ensuring affordable, supportable, and effective program requirements are specified to meet mission needs.
  • Assist in analyzing, tracking, and reporting program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies and processes.
  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets and other materials to assist the Government in program decision‑making.
  • Perform data analysis using MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts to present data clearly and effectively.
  • Create reports to support program management function including bi‑weekly execution, cost estimating, combined overview, contract, staffing, and readiness schedule reports across all program measures.
  • Assist GPM and initiative leads with resource planning and tracking.
  • Prepare and support delivery of presentations to assist with program and initiative status reviews.
Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Fourteen (14) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management support.
  • Knowledge of Azure, Oracle, IBM, Google Cloud technologies; FACTS, CMIS, and Azure cost manager.
Desired Requirements
  • PMP certification, CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II in any focus area.
Education And Required Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus is required and eight (8) years of combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
  • In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level II may be substituted with an additional three (3) years of directly related experience (total 17 years).
  • In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience may be substituted for a total of thirteen (13) years.
Travel

Less than 10% travel may occur.
