Overview

Bartender (Part-Time) – Island Hospitality Management, Linthicum, Maryland. Immediate start.

• Greet customers and learn about their preferences.
• Recommend menu items and answer questions.
• Receive and process beverage orders, directing to kitchen as needed.
• Prepare and serve classic and innovative drinks, following company, local, and state guidelines.
• Handle cash and charge transactions to guest accounts following IHM policy.
• Validate customer IDs and monitor beverage consumption to mitigate intoxication.
• Maintain the bar service space well-stocked and clean, including tables, countertops, and floors.
• Sanitizing and cleaning after each service.
