Description:

• Design, develop, maintain and support enterprise applications in  including developing Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages and Apex Classes.
• Develop integration between  and Legacy systems using Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of  architecture, provide innovative solution approaches to programming, database development and application integration efforts.
• Interface with business and IT teams to understand and translate business requirements into formal technical requirements and application code.
• Develop and execute quality unit test and integration plans/scripts to validate that application changes meet technical specifications.
• Work with business teams to complete acceptance testing and participate in integration testing.
• Provide direction for all system testing efforts including unit testing, functional testing end-to-testing, validation testing and user acceptance testing.
• Create Packages to deploy code from Sandbox to Production environment.
• Troubleshoot all issues related to code in Sandbox and Production environments.
• Perform technical tasks related to CRM migration efforts.
• Adhere to all security, change control and MHBE Project Management Office (PMO) policies, processes and methodologies.

Required Skill:

• A minimum of four (4) years of experience in  applications development and implementation.
• A minimum of four (4) years of experience using Apex Classes / Controllers, Apex Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force Page/Components, Test Classes, schedule jobs, batch jobs and email services.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience with Salesforce Integration using Salesforce APIs and Middleware.
• A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in packaging and deploying applications, deploying meta-data between environments using ANT and change sets.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of  architecture, provides innovative solution approaches, supports programming, database development and application integration efforts.

Desired Skill:

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in migrating CRM applications from Oracle or other CRM products to Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of  App exchange apps generally used in Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Developer/Advanced Developer/Service Cloud certifications.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Communities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data loader.
