• The Technical CI Analytical Support shall perform all-source CI threat analysis tailored to the planning and execution of US Army TCI missions.
• TCI operations include but are not limited to: TSCM, TEMPEST, and Cyber activities. Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations.
• Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities/activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies; contribute to developing CI strategies.
• Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs and related processes relevant to human and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
• Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
• Create TCI threat products to support the Operations Support Battalion, ACIC, and other Army elements as directed.
• Collect and maintain operational mission data to build short and long-range operational calendars.
• Create weekly updates on supported operational activities and projected mission schedules.
• Create and/or update the SOP for unit analytical support activities.
• Update and maintain the repository used to store TCI products.

• Minimum education and years of experience requirements:
  • High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
