Job Description

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets.

Configure and install common applications.

Install and remove desktop PCs and monitors.

Requirements:

Remote take-over skills a plus.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to interact positively with clients.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to various local sites.
