, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Enterprise Architecture & Data Management Lead. This exempt position is on-site support for a government customer in Linthicum, MD.
TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities:- Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel, including subcontractors, and all assigned activities supporting customer requirements.
- Oversee data governance frameworks, data standards, metadata management, data quality, and access controls
- Oversee secure data exchange and interoperability among systems and mission partners
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Government representatives, contractor leadership, and technical personnel.
- Direct BI architecture, ETL development, data integration, reporting platforms, dashboards, and KPIs
- Ensure execution of information management, records management, and compliance activities
- Track and document requirements, activities, and performance using industry-best standards and proven methodologies to enable continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
- Oversee knowledge repositories, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, and knowledge-sharing capabilities
- Coordinate AI use-case assessments, data readiness, governance compliance, and model deployment activities
- Ensure the quality, efficiency, and successful execution of contractor activities in accordance with all applicable PWS requirements.
- Assist the Government with contract-related financial and business processes while excluding inherently Governmental functions.
- Exercise authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the contractor organization and proactively notify the Government of potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations.
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- A degree in the field of computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- 7–10 years of IT service management, enterprise operations, or IT asset management experience, including at least 3 years in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher is recommended. Relevant IT asset management, configuration management, and IT service management certifications are advantageous.
