As an Insurance professional at Nacora Insurance Brokerage, your role is to help individuals and companies manage and mitigate risks associated with their supply chain. This position is a pivotal part of protecting global trade and supporting resilient supply chains.
HowYou Create Impact
- Manage day‑to‑day operations and service delivery for assigned marine cargo insurance accounts.
- Drive business retention, identify opportunities for organic growth, and meet or exceed annual performance targets and KPIs.
- Prepare renewal specifications, ensure timely policy updates, and coordinate with underwriters on changes, renewals, and claims.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to maintain appropriate coverage.
- Review loss run and claims status reports to support client risk management.
- Conduct periodic client visits, facilitating continuous learning opportunities.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in marine or commercial insurance.
- Demonstrated experience working with governmental clients.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, underwriting, and claims processes.
- P&C license required (or willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment).
- Client‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering value and building trust.
- Willingness to travel moderately, especially among Dulles, Raleigh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Jersey City, or other major East Coast Kuehne+Nagel locations.

You will receive a target base salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, plus a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary based on experience, skill set, location, and business considerations.
