ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
We are seeking to add an Associate Attorney to our rapidly expanding practice. You will be directly involved in all aspects of family law, supporting clients in divorce proceedings, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, visitation rights, protective orders, and custody filings. This role involves working alongside senior attorneys and support staff, participating in a rigorous learning and development program to enhance your skills.

- Licensed to practice law in Virginia (additional states a plus)
- Experience in litigating domestic and civil cases preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and persuade
- Superior work ethic with a desire for a long-term legal career
- Organized, able to manage time effectively and multi-task
- Knowledge in family law areas such as childcare, paternity, adoption, domestic violence, financial settlements, and visitation rights; eager to learn more
- Adept at legal writing including custody agreements, wills, divorces, annulments, pre-nuptial agreements, and child custody/support; willing to grow in these areas

Compensation:- Base salary range: $90,000-$160,000 annually, depending on ability
