AboutThe Role
As a Partner Service Manager at Peak Technologies, you’ll oversee our network of third-party service partners to ensure exceptional service delivery, pricing competitiveness, and operational excellence. This role combines strategic partnership management with data-driven process improvement—ideal for a proactive, analytical leader who thrives in optimizing systems and building long-term partner relationships.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support a network of third-party service contractors through platforms like Field Nation.
- Manage partner performance, SLAs, and deliverables - implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project scopes, pricing, and Statements of Work (SOWs) with customer and company goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement, efficiency, and profitability.
- Evaluate market trends and pricing data to ensure competitive positioning.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements using analytics and reporting tools.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across partner relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years’ experience in service delivery, partner management, or project operations—preferably in IT, logistics, or field service environments.
- Proven success managing third-party contractors and improving operational KPIs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis, workflow optimization, and service management systems (e.g., Field Nation, SaaS or ITSM tools).
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable actions and results.
