CSP has been retained by a respected local nonprofit in search for a Senior Vice President of Growth & Partnerships
. This is a high-impact executive leadership role at a pivotal moment of organizational momentum. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the SVP of Growth & Partnerships will partner closely with the President & CEO to drive enterprise-wide growth, shape long-term strategy, and lead all aspects of External Relations. This executive will spearhead the development of diverse and sustainable revenue streams through growth initiatives, philanthropy, and strategic mergers, while inspiring leaders at every level of the organization to embrace innovation and expansion.

- Provide inspiring leadership to the Strategy and External Relations teams, strengthening collaboration, role clarity, accountability, and open communication across the organization
- Identify, evaluate, and execute accretive growth opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential mergers or affiliations that advance long-term goals
- Work with the VP of Strategy and division leaders to ensure the successful delivery of current initiatives while designing and launching new initiatives aligned with the strategic plan
- Lead the development and implementation of system-wide initiatives across business development, external affairs, and marketing
- Serve as a key partner to the President & CEO to deliver on growth objectives and represent the organization with external stakeholders, community leaders, and constituency groups
- Ensure the financial viability of growth and strategic initiatives through sound planning, budgeting, and performance management
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets for growth initiatives; track progress, report outcomes, and proactively address risks and challenges
- Provide enterprise-wide leadership and counsel on policies, procedures, and tactics that support both strategic and operational excellence
- Recruit, manage, coach, and mentor employees and consultants across multiple teams
- Act on behalf of the President & CEO as assigned, including representing the organization internally and externally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree in business or a related field preferred - 5+ years of senior or executive leadership experience in strategy, business development, or external relations
- Demonstrated success in partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale strategic initiatives within complex organizations, ideally in healthcare or mission-driven environments
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Experience planning and executing high-stakes meetings, convenings, and stakeholder engagements
- Strong financial management skills and experience overseeing budgets and growth initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the presence to engage senior leaders, boards, and external partners
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating change
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
