The Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy, manage our online presence, and ensure our e-commerce platforms deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of marketing strategy, technical know-how, and creative execution.

The right candidate will be comfortable rolling up their sleeves whether that means analyzing SEO metrics, troubleshooting an Odoo-Shopify connector, or editing a short product video for Instagram.

What You’ll Do

  • Owns and manages the marketing budget
    , ensuring strong ROI across digital channels.
  • Develops and executes strategies to drive online traffic, lead generation, and e-commerce sales.
  • Oversees SEO, SEM, Google Shopping feeds, and product listings for maximum visibility.
  • Maintain and optimize integrations between Odoo ERP, Shopify, and Google Merchant Center
    .
  • Collaborates with IT/developers as needed to solve technical challenges with APIs and connectors.
  • Manages and coordinates with third-party marketing partners (SEO consultants, agencies, freelancers).
  • When necessary, collaborates with outside marketing agencies to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that differentiate our brand from competitors.
  • Responsible for brand positioning, ensures that branding across multiple platforms meets Dirt Killer's brand guidelines; executes comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Creates and edits digital content: videos for You Tube, Facebook, Instagram (long and short format); photos, graphics, and web banners for product listings and campaigns.
  • Leverages AI tools for blog writing, content ideation, and marketing automation where appropriate.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on marketing KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC).
  • Supports trade shows, events, and offline marketing with digital tie-ins.
  • Supports Dirt Killer's president in creation of annual metrics review for Board of Directors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, is a flexible team player

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketing technology
    .
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify, SEO/SEM, Google Shopping, and analytics platforms
    .
  • Experience with ERP/e-commerce connectors (Odoo preferred) and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing tools (Adobe Suite, Final Cut, Canva, etc.).
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and coordinating with outside vendors.
  • Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
    .
  • Must be willing to work primarily in-office
  • Must be willing and able to travel to trade shows.
