Servers ensure fans receive an exceptional dining experience by providing timely, proficient service while being attentive to their needs.

• Provide warm and friendly service from greeting to departure.
• Possess menu knowledge, explain choices, inform about promotions, and answer questions.
• Upsell, suggest menu items, share promotions and events.
• Write orders accurately on paper and enter them into the POS system in sequence.
• Deliver orders, follow up after delivery, and ensure quality.
• Practice pre-bussing, maintain table appearance, remove clutter, and check drink levels.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures.
• Collect payment for drinks and food following accounting procedures.
• Keep station clean, set up and take down tables.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies throughout the shift.
• Maintain a favorable working relationship with all players.
• Complete opening, shift change, and closing checklists and cleaning tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed per coach request.

• Write and read English.
• Good communication, friendly, and people oriented.
• Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete and pass the RAMP and/or TIPS certification per state requirements, if applicable.

Stands 100% of the shift; frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping; able to lift up to 50 lbs while delivering food and clearing tables.
