This position reports to the Global Marketing & Sales Manager.

• Communicate with customers and electrical contractors about delivery times, payments, and general terms and conditions in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the Residential Mixed-Use and Multifamily industry.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project‑management activities when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the residential construction market, preferably in the electrical products industry.
• Experience working with electrical contractors and channel partners is required.
• In‑depth knowledge of the region’s electrical industry and ABB products is desired.
• Must be able to utilize analytical software and sales tools;  experience preferred.
• Ability to apply Six Sigma to improve customer satisfaction;
  Six Sigma or equivalent quality training is a plus.
• Understanding and experience with the full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one‑line and installation products) is preferred.
