Northrop Grumman invites you to join our Space Sector as a Level 2 Property Asset Management Analyst. Your work will support missions critical to national and global security.

• Oversee management systems, policies and procedures to ensure contractual and continual accountability of government, customer, and company assets under the responsibility of various NGSP suppliers/subcontractors.
• Create and maintain records within the Property Management Database.
• Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier/subcontractor sites.
• Assist in Contractor Self‑Assessment (CSA) reviews.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, Property Focal Points (PFPs), and Program and Contracts managers to maintain asset accountability.
• Assist suppliers/subcontractors in the property management life‑cycle recovery plans, as needed.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience (or Master’s degree with no experience). Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Top‑Secret security clearance.
• Understanding of property management administration principles, theories and concepts as outlined in FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Strong communication skills when interacting with customers and internal personnel.
• Ability to work with diverse internal/external customers, including DCMA and OEM customers.
• Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of MMAS, ISO/AS9100, and SOX standards impacting asset management.
• NPMA Certification.
• Familiarity with GOLD, CostPoint and Asset Smart Management System.
• Active U.S. TS/SCI security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
