Restoration/Mitigation Lead Technician Linthicum Heights – Full Time
• Linthicum Heights

• Mitigation of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings
• Business Process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) Compliance
• Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process
• Contents cleaning and pack out
• Possibly some light construction

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the restoration mitigation industry
• IICRC Restoration Industry Certification in Water Restoration, advanced structural drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Mold & Biohazard Remediation, Carpet Cleaning.
• Committed to being “World Class”
• Energetic, reliable and positive team member who is willing to learn new skills and have a “can do” attitude
• Strong customer service skills. Able to interact directly with customers and insurance adjusters and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use the software that is critical to our business.
• Ability to work overtime in response to emergency situations after normal business hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to perform labor intensive work – at times in PPE, in unsanitary/dirty conditions
• Must have valid driver’s license, pass a background check and drug screening
• Relevant experience would be military, restoration, emergency response, construction

• Work hours:
  
  Monday-Friday 7:30am-4-5pm with a mandatory on call rotation
