Jr. Database Engineer

Job Summary

Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph clearance required. Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. This is a full‑time position with up to 40% telework.

• 5 years of applicable professional experience in database engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Additional 5 years of applicable professional experience may be substituted for a degree

• Database experience using Mongo
  
  DB or Maria
  
  DB, including:
  • Deployment and management of the database itself
  • Debugging of optimization issues
  • Scaling

• Python, Django or Flask
• ReST Endpoint Development
• Micro‑Service Model
• Swagger
• AWS, C2S or other cloud experience
• Docker
• Visual Studio Code or similar IDEs, JSON and/or XML serialization
• Jira, Confluence
• Git version control
• Experience working in an Agile environment

$115,000 - $125,000 annually
