The Role

Are you ready to be a key player in driving sales success? As a Sales Support Coordinator
, you'll play an integral role, supporting our Retail team, ensuring smooth operations from quoting through to order fulfilment and fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quoting:
    Ensure that all quotes are acknowledged and actioned in a timely manner. This will involve coordinating with transport, fleet and operations.
  • Customer Communication:
    Proactive phone calls and emails to customers collecting and providing important information to guarantee a seamless customer experience and recording all information on CRM.
  • Support and Organise:
    Provide essential administrative support to our sales teams, requiring a high level of accuracy to ensure all details are correct for smooth processing.
  • Streamline:
    Coordinate post-sales information, making sure the data is captured for seamless follow-up and work closely with internal departments to ensure processes are efficient and correct.
  • Reporting:
    Utilising dashboards to ensure all orders are processed quickly and effectively and all parties are kept up to date.
  • Be Proactive:
    Tackle any queries or concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, whether via email or phone - putting the needs of the customer at the fore.
  • Adapt:
    Take on additional tasks and special projects as they arise, contributing to a variety of initiatives that help our business thrive and contribute to your overall growth and development.
Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role within a fast-moving, high-energy environment is ideal but not essential. Attitude is key to success with this role!
  • Educated to degree level, or alternatively hold a mix of relevant work experience and qualifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at juggling multiple tasks, ensuring priorities are met and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Be comfortable acting on your own initiative, solving problems before they arise, and actively support your team to drive outstanding results.
  • Comfortable with technology and have a solid understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint you know your way around these tools to get things done efficiently
  • Laser focused on details, keeping everything in order, ensuring no task is overlooked and deadlines are met.
  • Strong communicator; clear, self-assured, and professional both written and verbal with a confident, articulate phone manner.
