- Assist with onboarding and client administration
- Organise schedules, meetings, and follow‑ups
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support operational improvements and ad hoc business tasks
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency (essential)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Absolute commitment to confidentiality
- Experience in private health insurance or financial services is a bonus, but attitude and capability are key
