This role is anticipated to run for 6-12 months.

About the role:
  • Supports logistics and procurement by managing purchase orders, tracking inventory levels, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective product delivery.
  • Processing invoices, updating ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Sage), maintaining accurate records.
  • Use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Excellent use of IT – updating reports using multiple web portals and Excel.
  • Supporting with scheduling, correspondence, inventory ordering, invoicing and documentation.
  • Maintaining organised records and files for easy access.
  • Occasional time spent being the front face of the company, welcoming visitors, employees and other stakeholders to the site.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in use of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level.
  • Familiarity with SAP and / or ERP software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven experience in administration.
