We seek to appoint an Outdoor Operations Administrator to join our busy and expanding team within McQuillan Outdoor. This role will require someone with a 'can do' attitude, a commercial approach and demonstrable attention to detail.
The successful candidate will report to the Operations Manager and must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. - Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) to produce spreadsheets, reports and correspondence
- Maintain and update data within Business Central and Share Point
- Coordinate job information, schedules and operational paperwork
- Handle written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients and suppliers
- Support invoicing, job tracking and operational reporting
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day operational queries
- Support continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
- Strong IT skills are essential for this role, including:
- Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to learn how to use financial and operational software packages e.g. Work Pal
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated initiative and high levels of energy
- Excellent communication skills and work ethics
