Position: Operations Administrator (4 days per week)

Your new role
As the Operations Administrator, you will join a busy team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Producing spreadsheets, correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office
  • Updating and maintaining data within Business Central and Share Point
  • Coordinating job information, schedules and operational paperwork
  • Handling communication with internal teams, clients and suppliers
  • Supporting invoicing, job tracking and reporting processes
  • Assisting with problem solving and day to day operational queries
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative and operational workflows
  • This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
    What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to learn new financial or operational systems (e.g. Workpal)
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • High levels of accuracy and initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable, hardworking attitude with a commercial approach
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial but not essential
