Senior Administrator (: SA26/02)

The role will involve providing a personal, confidential and efficient support service to the Managing Director.

• Proactively manage the MD’s Diary
• Day to day communication and administration for the MD
• Manage all correspondence both written and verbal
• Maintenance of all manual and computerised filing systems and records
• Build effective relationships with directors, senior management, customers and suppliers.

• Experience of dealing with highly sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
• Proven experience in all aspects of office administration
• Fast‑paced ability to adapt and prioritise in a growing business
• Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with the Senior Management team and network across the business
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
