What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and coordinate the flow of information across the business and to our valued customer base
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with our retail partners
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to a busy Sales Team
  • Help streamline processes to ensure the team operates at its very best
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Manage your own workload efficiently to meet deadlines and business priorities
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Accurate and confident keyboard and data entry skills
  • A self‑motivated, proactive approach to your work
  • A genuine team player mentality with a positive attitude
  • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and staff at all levels

Previous experience in a sales support, administrative or customer facing role (desirable but not essential)
