We are hiring for our client, a well-established professional services firm, to appoint an Office/Accounts Administrator based in Lisburn.

The Role
- Assist with accounts administration, invoicing and financial records
- Process and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Support with reconciliations, reporting and general finance tasks
- Manage incoming queries and correspondence professionally
- Maintain databases, systems and internal records
- Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and confidentiality across all responsibilities
The Person
- Previous experience in administration, accounts administration or office support
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Comfortable working with figures and financial information
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Professional and approachable with strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
- Proactive approach with willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Experience with in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential
