Our client, a reputable and established automotive retailer, is seeking a dedicated SMART Repairer to join their busy Bodyshop team. Conduct SMART repairs and cosmetic preparation to high standards Identify and report any additional repair requirements during the repair process Work collaboratively within the Bodyshop team to meet deadlines and optimise workshop efficiency Maintain strong product knowledge, keeping updated with repair techniques and manufacturer standards Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Complete all repair documentation accurately and efficiently Requirements:
Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a similar automotive Bodyshop environment Prior motor trade experience (essential) Full UK driving licence Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and within a team Strong time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected automotive business that values its staff and invests in their development.
