Customer Onboarding;
Ongoing Customer Support;
Partner Network Management;
Customer Base Growth

Requirements
  • Degree level or equivalent qualification in agriculture or land-based subjects (preferred)
  • Agricultural or sustainability industry background
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm for sustainability and agricultural innovation
  • Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach
Nice to Have
  • Previous customer-facing role experience in customer success or support
  • Experience working with software or technical solutions
