Ongoing Customer Support;
Partner Network Management;
Customer Base Growth

Whether the business goal is achieving Net Zero, producing provenance-backed produce, implementing carbon reduced farming practices, or engaging in carbon trading, this product provides the comprehensive tools needed to facilitate continuous improvement throughout the sustainability journey.

• Degree level or equivalent qualification in agriculture or land-based subjects (preferred)
• Agricultural or sustainability industry background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and agricultural innovation
• Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach

• Previous customer-facing role experience in customer success or support
• Experience working with software or technical solutions
