What does this role involve?- In this role, you will be the commercial lead for one of their key B2B divisions, working very closely with the site director to ensure smooth and harmonised commercial and operations to deliver on the growth plans laid out by the company.
- Complete ownership of high-level commercial strategy of one of their key sites!
- Be a key commercial player in the business and use your existing skillset to help elevate the company to that next step.
- Be a lead and a forefront player in demonstrating company values and the company culture, both internally and externally.
- Managed a highly strategic and key B2B partner account - contributing to a large chunk of the company's turnover
- Open to any food category experience.
- Proven experience delivering sustainable incremental growth with a key strategic customer in B2B
- Someone calm under pressure, resilient, humble and genuinely cares!
- Being able to work heavily cross-functionally with other parts of the company
- Be a team player and able to put ego aside and help out wider members of the team
