The opportunityEnvision supports clients across the product life cycle through a comprehensive suite of services and industry-leading technology solutions that include artificial intelligence and natural language processing, commercialization and integrated strategic consulting, evidence-based scientific communications and engagement, HEOR/market access and data analytics, medical capabilities, and omnichannel solutions.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be a key member of our Inside Sales and broader commercial team, playing a direct role in driving growth across the organization. This role supports life sciences companies as they advance assets through the development continuum and improve access to life-saving therapies.
Working closely with vertical leads, business analytics, marketing, and business development, you'll identify and qualify prospective clients through targeted lead generation campaigns. Embedded within our Life Science Commercialization team, you'll help design and execute campaigns that spark interest in our services and clearly communicate the value of our combined intelligence and solutions. Leveraging technology, market insight, and strategic thinking, you'll ensure potential clients understand how we differentiate ourselves and why our approach delivers meaningful impact.

Role responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target segments within the life sciences industry that can benefit from Envision's solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in Life Sciences Services / Technology and industry knowledge to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with potential clients.
- Implement effective lead generation strategies, including targeted outreach, content marketing, and participation in relevant industry events and conferences.
- Engage with leads to understand their unique challenges and pain points, showcasing how our Solutions can optimize their Medical Affairs and Commercial operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, providing detailed lead profiles and relevant information.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, delivering tailored presentations and demonstrations of our capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to continuously refine and enhance our services and tech solutions based on client feedback and evolving industry needs.
- Utilize CRM software and other lead management tools to track lead interactions, monitor progress, and maintain accurate lead data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in AI technologies, particularly within the life sciences industry, to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimizing AI lead generation strategies.
Skills & expertise
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably within the life sciences or healthcare industry.
- Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand client requirements and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools for efficient lead tracking and reporting.
