About

The Role

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in building and scaling operational programs that significantly improve the accuracy and completeness of accessibility features on listings. You will execute critical workflows to collect and verify accessibility information, collaborating closely with various cross-functional teams including engagement, media operations, community, and analytics. Your meticulous attention to detail, ability to navigate ambiguity, and strong operational rigor will be key to your success in enabling a more inclusive and confident booking experience for all users.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead targeted supply initiatives to enhance offerings for guests with accessibility needs, particularly in anticipation of major events.
  • Identify and integrate accessibility content into existing supply workflows, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop actionable guidance for hosts to increase feature adoption.
  • Collaborate with media operations to leverage professional photography to capture accessibility features, with an eye towards scalable, high-quality, and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Champion new hosts from the disability community by developing tailored outreach and onboarding processes that reduce friction, build trust, and expand the availability of accessible offerings.
  • Support the vetting team in optimizing the accessibility vetting process through strategic host engagement and the integration of AI to boost validation efficiency and throughput.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, supply operations, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational workflows, resulting in measurable improvements in quality and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven comfort in using data to drive decisions (proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver exceptional results in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex problems into structured plans and providing clear updates to leadership.
  • Experience with quality assurance programs, process documentation, and operational tooling.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with in a marketplace environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Prior vendor management experience.
  • Previous experience with accessibility concepts and connections to the disability community.
