Construction Project Manager (Consultancy / Client Advisory) CLIENT A fantastic opportunity is available for a Construction Project Manager to join a forward-thinking and reputable consultancy practice based in Belfast. The team delivers a diverse range of commercial developments and heritage-focused schemes throughout the UK and Ireland. Operating within a professional client advisory setting, this position provides involvement in technically varied and engaging projects, supported by an experienced and collaborative consultancy team.

THE ROLE In this client-facing consultancy role, you will manage construction projects from initial concept through to final completion, providing comprehensive pre- and post-contract Project Management services. The position offers a high degree of responsibility and independence, with direct client interaction across contemporary commercial developments and conservation-led projects, supported by senior members of the consultancy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Act as primary liaison between clients, design consultants, contractors and supply chain partners
* Ensure effective control of programme, cost, quality and project risk
* Prepare Employer's Requirements and associated project documentation
* Undertake contract administration duties within a consultancy framework
* Chair, record and distribute minutes for project meetings
* Facilitate value engineering exercises and risk management workshops
* Carry out site visits and construction stage inspections
* Inspect completed works on behalf of the client prior to handover THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Third-level qualification in Project Management or a construction-related discipline
* Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy, client-side or contractor Project Management role
* Background in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or contractor-led Project Management considered advantageous
* Keen to develop a long-term career within a consultancy / client advisory environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project
* Eligibility to work within the UK DESIRABLE CRITERIA
* Experience in, or qualification related to, Quantity Surveying or Estimating would be beneficial REMUNERATION Up to £55,000 DOE , accompanied by a competitive benefits package and hybrid working arrangements.
