Senior Technician

Senior Technician Timber Frame Construction Lisburn: 40-50k 4 day working week! Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician to support the design, coordination, and delivery of timber frame construction projects. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Produce technical drawings and manufacturing information. Develop practical timber frame solutions from architectural drawings. Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and site teams. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and quality standards. Provide technical support throughout design, manufacture, and installation. Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement. Requirements

Experience with in timber frame or off-site construction. Strong knowledge of timber frame detailing and construction methods. Proficient in either Cad Softwares HSB / MiTek Consul tech Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Desirable Construction or Architectural qualification. Knowledge of sustainable building standards and manufacturing processes.
