Estimator Role Full Time | Lisburn A premier specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their growing commercial team. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate incoming tender information across various formats Compile highly accurate, detailed, and compliant cost estimates Source, review, and negotiate competitive quotes from specialist subcontractors and suppliers Analyse contractual and supplementary tender documents for commercial impact Manage all technical and pricing correspondence with clients, consultants, and site teams Attend site visits to evaluate physical conditions and check exact tender pricing requirements Participate in mid-tender and post-tender review meetings with clients and design teams Manage the post-tender query process and follow up onsubmittedbids Provide clear, detailed internal handover packages to the operations team on successful tenders Projects they have delivered:
