Job Title:
Estimator Lisburn Description We are hiring for our client, a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor, to appoint an Estimator to their commercial team in Lisburn. This Estimator role is full-time, office-based, with occasional travel to London. Our client delivers high-end, luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects across hospitality, commercial, residential and retail sectors. Known for quality, integrity and long-term client relationships, this is an opportunity for an Estimator to join a people-focused business with a strong project pipeline and an excellent market reputation.

The Role Review and assess tender documentation in multiple formats Prepare accurate, compliant cost estimates Source and analyse subcontractor and supplier pricing Assess contractual and supplementary information for commercial risk Attend site visits, mid-tender and post-tender meetings Manage post-tender queries and follow-ups Provide clear handover details to the operations team
