O’Neill and Brennan is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in County Down. You will lead cost control, commercial reporting and financial management across multiple projects, while mentoring junior surveyors.
Responsibilities include managing contract documentation (PWC, RIAI), evaluating tenders and variations, leading procurement, delivering monthly cost reports, and aligning budgets with programme and project delivery milestones on site.
