The business operates on a national basis and has a sophisticated supply chain operation.
ResponsibilitiesThe role of Customer Service Manager involves overseeing the customer support team whilst managing client relationships. You will ensure that all customers receive an exceptional service by closely monitoring team SLAs and managing expectations. The successful Customer Service Manager will provide reports and financial information to both clients and internal stakeholders. The organisation is focused on continuously improving processes, therefore the successful candidate will have their ideas heard and have the chance to shape their role.
QualificationsThe right person for this role will have previous experience managing a customer service function. You will possess strong problem-solving skills and have demonstrable experience of effectively managing service level agreements. The successful Customer Service Manager will be ambitious and keen to progress within the business. It would be advantageous for someone to come from an industry business.
