Santander UK is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor for the Lisburn Branch. This 35-hour week role operates on a rota from Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll greet customers in-branch or by phone, handle transactions, support with technology, and protect customers against fraud.
You’ll join a close-knit team with broad responsibilities, focusing on delivering exceptional service and continually improving the customer experience.
