Customer Service Coordinator role

Lisburn
Hours:
Monday Friday 8am-5pm Pay:£28,000 Benefits: 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) 5% employer pension contribution Life Assurance Scheme High street discounts platform We are working with a leading business, one in the largest in their sector across the UK & Ireland, to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator role.
The Role:
Youll process customer orders and payments, keep records up to date, and help customers with any questions they have. Youll also answer calls, manage paperwork and carry out general admin to help the team run smoothly. The Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or office support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. If this sounds like you, then hit apply.
