You'll play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by listening carefully, gathering important information, and helping customers start their claim journey. This is a fast-paced, telephone-based role where empathy, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls Taking detailed information regarding potential claims Assessing claim viability against established criteria Accurately updating case management systems Supporting customers throughout the initial claims process Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth claim progression Providing a professional, empathetic and customer-focused service at all times Supporting legal teams with administrative tasks where required What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English Previous experience handling customer calls is essential
Experience with in a fast-paced customer service environment is advantageous Excellent communication and listening skills Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities Ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop About You You'll thrive in this role if you:
