• Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle technical/machine enquiries over the phone with confidence
• Skilled in administrative tasks and processing customer requests accurately
• Experience of working towards KPI's
• Experience in upselling products and services to clients

• Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers via inbound calls and electronic channels
• Process fault calls and machine orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Investigate and resolve service issues quickly, maintaining excellent customer communication
• Manage the system, logging jobs and providing a timely solution
• Promote additional products and services to generate revenue, contributing to business targets
