Patient Co Ordinator

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills and takes pride in providing a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.
This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

You will be an important part of the practice team, welcoming patients and helping to ensure that their journey is smooth and positive from their first enquiry through to treatment.

• Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service.
• Managing appointments, diaries, patient records and payments.
• Answering telephone and online enquiries.
• Converting enquiries into appointments where appropriate.
• Discussing treatment options, finance and membership plans confidently.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Liaising with clinicians and the wider practice team.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the reception area.
• Promoting practice services and membership plans.
• Supporting patient engagement and practice marketing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous dental reception experience
  .
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Is confident, friendly and professional with patients.
• Is organised and able to work effectively in a busy environment.
• Has good IT skills and is comfortable using dental software.
• Has a proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Sales or treatment coordination experience would be advantageous.
