Exterior Architecture is looking for Graduate Landscape Architects and Landscape Architects to join our award-winning studio in London or Manchester.

This is an opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, employee-owned practice, where learning, mentoring, and professional development are genuinely valued. You’ll work on meaningful projects while being supported through CPDs and progression towards P2C.

About You

We are seeking talented and enthusiastic landscape architects at a variety of levels to join our expanding team in London and Manchester. Successful candidates will support and assist on our exciting and varied project portfolio across all phases and a broad range of sectors. Ideal candidates will have growing expertise in design, landscape planning, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities Design & Planning
  • Assist in the design of urban regeneration, public realm, infrastructure, residential, master planning, and commercial projects
  • Undertake site studies (levels, soil, ecology, buildings, roads) and soft landscape audits
  • Contribute to site appraisals aligned with client requirements
  • Prepare CAD drawings under senior guidance
  • Support client and stakeholder engagement to build commercial awareness
Project Coordination & Delivery
  • Review and check own work prior to project lead sign-off
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and project consultants
  • Attend site visits and assist with project liaison
  • Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
  • Take accurate meeting minutes (in line with company protocols) and maintain organised project records
  • Follow company procedures to keep project documentation up to date
Business Development
  • Stay informed on industry trends and sustainable practices to support new business opportunities
Teamwork & Independence
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Documentation & Reporting
  • Compile reports, including imagery and written content
Professional Development
  • Participate in CPD and relevant training programmes
