Carer's Programme [CrISP] Support Volunteer – Lisburn
Alzheimer's Society – Lisburn, UK
Hours:
4 hours per month (approximately 4.5 hours) until 30 September 2026, typically 10:00–12:30 pm on the last two Wednesdays of the month.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist staff in preparing and facilitating group programmes.
- Chat with carers and provide friendly support.
- Assist staff with tea, coffee and refreshments.
Qualifications and experience:
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Discretion and sensitivity in conversations.
- Any relevant volunteering experience with groups or individuals (direct experience of dementia not essential).

Minimum age: 17+
