Senior Town Planner Belfast Salary:
Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, an established environmental and planning consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior Town Planner to join their Northern Ireland based team. The successful Senior Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of applications mainly within the renewables sector.
Experience- Preparing planning applications and appeals
- Undertaking site development appraisals
- Liaising with clients, land owners and developers
- Consultancy or house builder experience; local authority background also considered
- Joining an established consultancy with excellent career progression opportunities
